Martin MaldenMartin Malden

TRPC consulting associate Martin Malden is a senior and experienced executive with particular focus on customer service management and billing operations in consumer financial services (American Express, JP Morgan, London International Stock Exchange) and telecommunications (Hutchison, Vodafone, PCCW). He has extensive experience in senior line management, customer management, including orders and activation, and customer care, billing, credit and fraud management.

Martin also worked with the Dale Carnegie Training organisation in the UK and qualified as a management seminar instructor. He has successfully managed the establishment of new customer operations organisations for start-ups in both the UK (Orange) and Asia (SUNDAY).

Martin has completed successful international consultancy assignments for clients in many countries in Europe and Asia, as well as the UK and US. He is currently based in Hong Kong working for leading telecoms quadruple play services provider PCCW.
